LungMaster
Main features
Coming third on our list is another fine breathing device, slightly different than the first two. LungMaster also equips the OPEP technique, but unlike the RespiraFix and AirPhysio, it is achieved with a different, spring-like mechanism. You can twist the knob on the bottom of the device to adjust the level of airflow resistance. There is a nose clip included, which helps you breathe through your mouth completely (optional). There is also a wide mouthpiece that makes it easier to leave no gaps, so the air flows entirely through the device.
Ease of use
LungMaster isn’t a complicated device. All you need to do is attach a mouthpiece to one end, twist the other end to adjust the resistance level, place it in your mouth, and breathe. Inhale quickly and exhale slowly approximately 30 times. That’s it. However, cleaning this breathing device is what placed it in a lower position on this list. The only part that you can wash separately is the mouthpiece. The rest of the device has to be rinsed as a whole, which to us doesn’t look promising to reach every corner to get rid of germs. On the other hand, there is a replaceable filter at the end, which compensates for that inconvenience.
🫁 Value
This is the most expensive device on this list, but it offers a greater range of resistance training. It helps to get rid of mucus from your airways and trains your lungs and diaphragm. What is impressive about LungMaster is that it trains both expiratory and inspiratory muscles. The fact that it cannot be completely taken apart to wash is a little problematic, but the replaceable filters make up for it. Overall, this is a great device for you to consider.
