However, the shipping is the most expensive out of all the gadgets on this list, making it one of the highest totals. In the package, you get three different-sized balls to adjust the airflow resistance. As a bonus, you get three filters that you can insert into the mouthpiece to prevent the recirculation of toxins. And it works in the exact same way as the other OPEP devices.
Ease of use
There is nothing too different about Tilcare and the way it operates. The main difference is that the mouthpiece comes in two parts, and you can place a filter in between them. It isn’t a complicated process, but sometimes it takes a few tries to put it in correctly. Other than that, assembling this device is pretty easy, as the main body comes together by screwing both ends together; you just need to place the ball of your choice in the middle.

Tilcare lung cleaning device is quite costly, but you get some extra features that other devices don’t provide. On the downside, our team noticed that the plastic material feels lower quality than the rest of our selected gadgets. As the top devices seem durable, this one looks like the exterior might break from one drop, so you have to be really careful. The biggest benefit of Tilcare is that it comes with the most ball bearings, even though other devices like RespiraFix can offer the same adjustability without any extra balls. Anyhow, if other lung cleaning devices didn’t fascinate you, maybe this one will!
